tyrnanog Posted July 10, 2010 Author Share Posted July 10, 2010 I tubuli sono molto corti e la carne è tenace al taglio, ma non suberosa (forse perchè l'esemplare è giovane?) e si presenta compatta, ma non fibrosa. L'odore è lieve e senza note particolari, così come il sapore (mi aspettavo qualcosa di amaro o astringente, invece è un "anonimo" sapore di fungo). Nell'insieme si tratta di uno dei più bei funghi che abbia mai visto, ma non so di quale specie. Spero che qualcuno ne sappia più di me. pino Posted July 10, 2010 Share Posted July 10, 2010 Ciao Daniele Si tratta di Laetiporus sulphureus, un bel poliporo che illumina di giallo ed arancio il bosco Pensa che da giovane, i cappelli (teneri) dopo sbollentatura, per ammorbidirli ulteriormete, si possono cuocere impanati.
