proprio ieri durante il Corso di aggiornamento per il Tesserino Regionale se ne è parlato,qualcuno sostiene che siano superiori ai porcini sotto il punto di vista culinario,rimangono più consistenti alla cottura ed hanno un ottimo sapore.
